Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
You can use the display without the Application Rate module even attached. I'd try that combination (without the App Rate Module attached) first. Set up a Tillage configuration since you only want to log Coverage.

Of course you would need to use the screen Icon to start/stop the Coverage map.

If that works then attach the App Rate Module and check that the LED is flashing green. Flashing green on any module indicates that the CAN communication is good. The implement switch branch has 12V, ground and an implement switch trigger. The 12V and ground come from the CAN connector but could be damaged internally (that's what happened with the one I inherited.) The Application Rate Module does not have a High Current connector. Many Modules such as a Liquid Product Control Module etc. have a high current branch which must be connected to a High Current source.

With most modules, if the configuration requires certain modules, the system will complain if it can't find them. This doesn't seem to be the case with the Application Rate Module. You can only use one at a time which would not be an issue in your case.
