That's what we did. Retired a R series Mack as a silage truck and put a flatbed on it. It works great and goes and goes. It is a 1978 tandem with the twin stick 10 speed but we use it as a five speed which works fine. Sorry I don't have a better picture.
22' flatbed with a 2600 gallon for 32 percent and 550 gallons tank for starter.
