SW MN | I can go to bed at about 10PM tired and wake up 1.5-2 hours later wide awake. Once awake it takes 2-3 hours to fall asleep again. The problem is that I have to get up at 4:30AM to drive a van for a bus company. I'm a 70 year old male, on no pharmaceutical drugs, maybe a few pounds overweight, and do a fast walk of about 3 miles 6 days each week. I've tried several different herbal remedies with no success. The worst part is, I've been in this cycle for several months and sleep patterns can be hard to change. Any advice is welcome. Thanks | |
