Have been blessed with great health till the age meter now hit 61. This fall while thinking I was still 25 and cleaning up a rock pile I tweaked my back. MRI shows a slightly bulging disc at L4 - L5. Wanted to know opinions and experiences on the Teeter Inversion table. Would it be helpful or are the advertisements a lot of hot air and smoke.
