I've read a number of your posts and your success at reducing weight along with other apparent health aspects of your diet. Maybe I misunderstood so I'm asking for some further information or clarification; Do you eat anything but meat and any meat but beef? i.e. fish, pork, chicken If you eat other things, do you eat any vegetables? Raw carrots, lettuce, cabbage, cooked green beans etc. Did starting on this diet cause any intestinal problems or bathroom problems. Maybe you've discussed this and if so I missed it. I was hoping for some first had information and hoping you might have the time to expound on your experiences. Thank you. |
