Pittsburg, Kansas | Here is a food list I put together for a person one time when they ask. See attachments. Both same information, one a PDF file and the other a spreadsheet.
When we first started we ate lots of green vegetables with our meats. As time went by we just ate more meat and less veggies. Both ways work. Just depends on what a person wants and enjoys.
