It sounds like he did some terrible things but at least according to him he has atoned for his mistakes and taken responsibility. He was 17 years old. He wouldn't be the first 17 year old to do something criminal and stupid even without a brain injury or whatever it was. Unless you have evidence that he is still an active criminal you need to drop it. It sounds like his victims have moved on and you should to. | |
