Custom guy is who is responsible. You had hired him to do a job and he stole from you and lied to the elevator. If you use him again then it is you who would be at fault.
Agreed. If you've exhausted other avenues then a couple hundred bucks gets a meeting between the two of you and the judge. If he's smart he will make this right with you well before it gets to that. |
