Mohawk Indiana | I retread it but I have to wonder if maybe the OP was behind from the year before or a notorious late payer.
What happened was not right but I also know that the only time to get money from someone is when they have some. If you had been the last guy to get paid previously maybe he just felt like he was moving himself up in the pecking order.
To the Original Poster I would just call him and say hey we need to settle up.
Lawyer as a last resort. You talking less than $2000 correct? Won't be much left after paying an attorney.
