100% agree but also add that although China is the main focus and should be, we shouldn’t give Mexico a pass for illegally dumping sugar like they have for years which is against NAFTAs rules. Every other country does whatever they want and we just tell them to stop. No consequences. The US even mentions a change to enforce and everyone is up in arms.
