Agritalk ATB last week with Ken Morrison - said that ethanol plant construction and startup was behind in China. Some folks are thinking China will be UNABLE to hit their ethanol oxygenate needs to clean up the air in their cities by the Chinese Gov't originally scheduled timeline/2025 plan.

They will be buying the bulk of their DDG's from USA until Canada/Russia/Brazil significantly expands its corn based ethanol industry to supply china.
