Illinois | We were also toast by now in 2012, although there are some things similar. The smell, oh my, you could go out at 5am and it smelled like you were cooking corn on the stove. Sickening! Let the dog out Thursday night and that hit me like a wall. It was after 10pm, same smell! Ugh, only difference is it is so humid so it smelled wetter. I know that sounds totally ignorant but I don't know how to describe it. First thing in my mind was 2012, instantly, even got the kids out there and said smell that.
