| VMFXX at 1.85 ER .11 vs VMRXX at 2.1 ER .10 picks up some at little risk think I will move some there (VMRXX).
Real Estate as some have suggested would entail selling 401K and all in one year and paying taxs at high rate and then ending up with ill-liguid investment. Here return would be less than 2% after income and R.E taxes
Annumities may be right somebody but not me for many reasons.
Will look into the 2 funds you mentioned , may ease in DCA to those until PE10 normalizes.
