| Have you considered investing in the ETF version of VTSAX (symbol VTI)? Gives you flexibility to trade it during the day as apposed to waiting for the NAV to settle after 3 pm central time. It is my understanding that ETRADE has a relationship with Vanguard to facilitate the transfer of funds. Trade cost is less than $10 per transaction I believe. If you sell shares of VTSAX, there are time constraints on when you buy back in, maybe thirty days. Might be worth a phone call? | |
