Try Tart Cherry juice, it helps with joint aches, gout, muscle recovery from heavy exertion, and sleep 1 table spoon morning and evening if you get the concentrated stuff ( kinda like syrup) or I thing 8 oz if straight juice. mix with something or straight.
I love Montmorency Cherries so I like it straight.
