Nw Iowa | The problem if I did all those things I wouldn't know what to do. I agree though but for me it is stressful times when I have most problems. I can sleep pretty good until 3 or 4 and than if i Do wake up I try to think of peaceful things like grandchildren or a bible verse or thought that soothes rather than irritates. Sometimes just repeat same thought. If I get fully awake though than I am in trouble.
