I cant have caffine after 2pm or i wil be up till 2am. Its not that im not tired i can barley keep my eyes open but i will just lay there unable to sleep. Funny thing is i can down a cup of coffee in the morning and doze right back to sleep if i want too.
I’m the exact same way , can drink a cup at 5 am . Fall asleep
5 pm and I’ll be up all night .
