Columbia City, Indiana | My alarm clock is set for 5:45, and if I turn it on I always wake up about 2 minutes before it goes off. But if I don’t have to be up and don’t turn it on, I can sleep till 6:30 or so. It’s weird, but the alarm never goes off. I like getting up early for some coffee while the house is quiet. I’m usually last to bed and first up at our house. Wife needs more sleep, she’s always been that way.
To the OP, do you go to bed and get up at the same time? I find I sleep much better if I have a defined schedule. If I get off of that it doesn’t take many nights till I’m not sleeping well. 11 to 5:43 is prime sleeping time! | |
