| Im a morning person that need no alarm. I am usually up by 5am an ready to go soon after. No alarm needed. Just wired that way. My Mom an Dad were that way. I am to. I called a friend off mine early one morning and he was pretty owly so hes not a morning person. I usually am in bed by 10 oclock every night. Just tough to go after that. My body is telling me to sleep. I have never need a alarm clock my whole life. My internal alarm goes off by 5.30 every morning. My Mom even when she was older was always up by 6. I could call here at that time an she would answer the phone like it was later in the morning. Must be a genetic thing. I am the same | |
