I am not seeing that in 2010. The January Report in 2009 topped the winter rally, but the June Stocks was not much a determining factor. The June 2009 Wasde occurred the day before the top in soybeans that year. But I am not seeing any big opposing moves for 2009, 2010, or 2011 from the Production Report to the June Stocks.
Some homework for those who are ambitious and hate USDA
