fry,you should have been trading in the fall of 1991,very dry summer but beans got some spotty showers in august,russia was a basket case and there was talk of helping them foodwise,ol man bush was pres.usda found about 70 mil.bushels more beans from sept. report to oct report,beans went from about 6.20 to 5.50 in a couple of limit down days.usda report mattered that time.
