Did you convert to the oxide form? The recommendations are in the elemental, so you multiply P by 2.3 and K by 1.2 to get to P2O5 and K2O. I do know my rates would be lower than yours up north given my lower yield and thusly lower removal.
But, never trust the USDA still! Haha
