Do people really rent flat, black, and square ground out there for $225? The OP wouldn't get a farm like that with 200 aph around here for under $300, and I wouldn't be surprised to see $350-$400.
Yep... And I don't even want any more to farm, but if you offer me legit 200 bpa easy running dirt for $300 and I'll take it all day long. Way better deal than 120-150 APH ground for $160-200... |
