My expierence there is a big difference with what happens during a freeze with wind conditions. Had 28 and dead still with a good canopy the ground heat held and we nipped the top but didn't hurt us yield wise every much. Also had 31 and a breeze all night and froze the beans to the bottom that was not as favorable of an outcome.
