NW Indiana
2013-16 have been excellent growing season's as a whole. Are we going to have a hiccup before long? Actually one could argue that we have been having hiccups otherwise yields would have been much higher. The eastern cornbelt has had problems the last two years while the western cornbelt had problems in 13 and 14. The temps the last 4 years has been what made the crop. We need widespread heat to really influence a reduced yield. Anyone wanting to sit back waiting on that to happen for there marketing plan has had a rough ride the last few years.
