No nothing like 2011 The stuff you guys come up with (about) our weather is pretty hilarious. 

Not my forecast.. take it up with the guru out of Idaho who gave the presentation.. his words.. not mine.

just reporting it.. 

The atmospheric river looks to be comming down the I-80 corridor just hitting on the South of San Fransisco going directly over Sacramento then hitting the Serria between Oroville and Blue Canyon.
