WCIN | Listen to Dave almost daily and love his insight to personal finance but there is a big difference in debt for "stuff" and things that make money. IMHO.
For instance we have been wanting a UTV for sometime and financing one was very tempting but we decided to amass as much cash as we could and buy what we could afford.
On the flip side we financed a new to us sprayer 2 yrs ago and should pay it off this spring, the payments where 1/2 what the co-op was charging us to spray. | |
