If the people that owed me money came to me and paid me just the principle they owe me I'd be darn glad to get just that. 18% APR is there to make someone uncomfortable so they do pay their bills. If they had any intention of paying the bill they will do it sooner than later since they don't want the extra charges. If they are deadbeats you could charge 1000% interest and it won't matter. | |
