I don't know how a farmer could possibly be fully employed if he doesn't have a pretty good debt load at the the start, unless he has a sugar daddy. I made my fastest increase in net worth (percentage wise) when I had the lowest percent owners equity. I don't like the risk but debt sure helps when you are starting out and growing.
