Columbus,MI | I work a day job that can eat up 50-60hrs a week. For me, I try to focus on efficiencies. Less passes across the field, preventative maintenance, delegate (if that's an option), make lists of what needs to be done and what the priority is, try to front load as much work as possible, standardize as much as possible, accept you can not do everything, it is ok to say NO and you have to make time for your family and yourself, sometimes that means working to 2AM so you can take the wife out for dinner the next day or take the kids to the zoo.
