I think I was about nine or ten. Dad had a pull type Baldwin that was pulled with a U M&M. The combine was powered with a Model A engine. He was having some kind of problem with the combine and wanted to ride on the combine so he could get a closer look at it. He told me to get on the tractor and drive it. I was a little nervous. I think I made one round around a forty acre field.
