Subject: RE: missouri fence laws

Big Sky Country
IN Montana, I could not abuse the livestock. I could lock them up, feed and water them , and charge to do it. This according to dept of livestock. My neighbor had to do it to get an 'association's" attention. $10 a day, per head. He--and I--always try to work it out with parties involved, first. Some people, you can't. to shut your gates, to keep his cows in your corn----this kind of thing does tend to pss a guy off....

But--if you're miles down the road and he lives right there----making an enemy could be costly.
