He doesn't really want to run a hot wire because they can be a pain to maintain in his opinion. Since we fixed our side they rarely are getting out through our part.
I'll agree a hot wire is nothing but a pain, but the cows are his problem to deal with. You need to set down with the actual land owners and come up with a plan.
You might think about offering to rent it if he can't keep his cows at home, kind of give him a little incentive to keep the hot wire hot through the summer. |
