SW MO | What classifies your half?? We have had the same thing and have understood from our lawyer that if we do not have any cows on the property that up keeping the fence is totally on the neighbor with the cattle. Not quite sure what you are asking about if it is your responsibility. If they get on your corn and go to the road, it is not your fault it is his.
