Hook your tractor & blade up and start blading the road! Pull all the rock from the edge into the center and make a good crown, say 8" higher in center than outside by grader ditch. If your road does not have a ditch get a buzz ditcher from someone and ditch the road. Let all those concrete trucks pack that bugger down. Call the county and have them send dump truck loads of rock by Tuesday AM. as you will have the road ready for rock by that time. Oh 2" rock at least. Get that road bed packed down while you have those concrete trucks handy. It wont take much time on your part, it serenely wont cost much on your part. Once the road is made you will have a boulevard for the rest of your life. that just needs minor attention. I know the county's are supposed to be taking care of it but they are not. Just put your big boy pants on and take care of business while you have the perfect opportunity. Talk to the Forman of the crew there and let him know what is going on after you have worked a day or two and see if he would be willing to help with the cost. of the grading. Heck he might even pay you to make a few passes on the road from day to day when your work schedule allows.

If you don't have a blade see if you can rent a Bush Hog 121 or 177. They are good cutting blades. In Missouri we have to maintain our own roads frequently because of incompetence of the people in charge. That is if you demand a pot hole free road capable of 80,000 lbs + on a regular basis Jon

Interesting idea, but that could be punishable by up to $5,000 and a year in jail around here.
