J6 has been good around here the roads may get messed up but get fixed. Many of the places they build have much better roads now than when they started. When it snows they do get the roads cleaned off usually quicker than the township. They do pay to build up the road when they start many were dirt before the buildings went in.
Road nearly impassable with a car.
