over taxed nebraska | coop still trying to understand the new regs 'as of now going into effect oct 1.' OSHA has removed the regulation exemption for ag. ag retailers lobbying Washington to reverse decision. costs to comply will be devastating.
these regs are for the a.a. plants, the tanks, and the plumbing, and a mountain of paperwork to comply. will it include 'on farm' ? not sure. real grey today but Im sure we will find out in the next 6 months
what I don't understand is the lack of awareness by farmers to this issue. | |
