Haven't been able to post here for some reason this week but I started the week out at 184.4. The extra exercise and not snacking while being in the field definitely showed last week. Goal when I started was 185 so hoping now I can just maintain in the 180s. I will continue to weigh in to stay motivated. Thanks for the encouragement and advice from everyone on these threads.
