Well I was gonna guess it was measuring in stones but that does not quite work out. 16.4 stone X 14 lb/stone = 229.6 lbs I've found that you can have a treat as long as it is only about a once a week or every other week thing. You might see a small gain but if you get right back to the low carb eating it comes right back off again. The key is making it an infrequent occasion. You cannot have a treat every day or even several times a week without it affecting you. |
