| Goes along with you. You are going to need another $100 grand plus on your operating line. Hate to be a Debbie Downer, but I am realistic, and doubt a banker is going to go along with that. You need to have a couple hundred of your own cash per acre. Bankers take a very dim view of 100% crop input financing. If you have forty grand to put in the 200 acres yourself, the banker most certainly will go along with that. Anything less, I don't see how you do the deal without Dad co-signing. Good luck. | |
