I have the opportunity to rent 200 acres @ $225 an acre corn yields are about 165 an acre on this ground my question is since I have rent ground that is 400 acres @ $120 an acre its dads ground that he rented to me to help me get started. I know it doesn't cash flow but if I take the 225 and 120 / by 2 = 172.5 an acre problem is banker says its too high should I try to switch banks and say I have 400 acres @ $172.50 and 200 acres at $120.00. I guess its more of how do you figure your cash flow individual farms or one big farm
