Anderson County Kansas | If my wife had to ask to buy things for the house I would have bigger problems than land prices going down. If the Fed goes to negative interest rates as some believe, ground will not go down. If we have a drought and prices go up this summer ground won't go down. There are several reasons for ground to not go down. I have no idea what it will do, I will continue to buy ground that fits in my operation as I have for almost 30 years, it has worked well. Timing any market is easier said than done. | |
