That's not true, I believe land will go down hard over the next 3 to 5 years but I have bought several parcels over the past 2 years. I have also sold some and will be a seller over the next year. I may buy if the situation is right. I still believe that the trend is down for the next 5 to 10 years. I will want to be in a position to buy in 5 years.
 The some of the more aggressive  BTOs in this area are already being forced to cut acres and sell land. It won't be any better this time next year. 
 Somebody needs to give me a reason why demand will be better this year. Or how the dollar will fall.
