| Talk to a stock broker on your questions about shorting. What I'm trying to say is this. We bought a few hundred in 08 for 4000acre and all we heard was how we paid to much. Even when we were buying for 2000 and 3000 we were apparently paying to much. I'm not going to predict anything if you want to go ahead but I've seen very big mistakes happen because one thinks he's smart and can predict the future. And the farms we bought for $2000 didn't cash flow either. The only time we had farms cash flow was ones we bought in the early 90's | |
