Quite frankly there are many of us who if we don't take a chance and pay rent we are out of business. So pay it, or have an auction and go to work in town, and in many situations that means moving because rural areas don't exactly have a ton of employment oppurtunities. That's the situation a good friend of mine is in. No cows and very little family inherited ground. Big boys bid him up. Sad, but nothing another .50 cents in this corn market can't fix.
Yes to this above! To get out of the paycheck to paycheck grind you have to take some chances even when the odds are stacked against you or just accept living week to week like most people do. Some will make it and some won't! |
