David Loberg Northeast Nebraska | And that's why we're going to have a hard time backing off these rents in this state I worry... if there's any principal or interest left on that land by time you add taxes to it the land lord can't really come down much. At least they tabled the Wayne school levy for now, that would have added $7 more tax/acre for us. Would have put us at $103/acre on one of our irritated quarters. Hopefully that bond stays tabled for a while!
