$2k an acre you can have it all. Combination of irrigated and dryland and one quarter of grass. Most all of the land is irrigated but not enough water to run it all in the same season. 3 pivots with two of them being 1/2 mile. Three houses (in various stages of repair), a pretty new shop, and a new storage building + etc. All but one irrigated quarter is contiguous...............and it is less than a mile from the rest.
What would you have to see to be a land buyer now?
