Another way if you dont prefer the hyd jack.. is to weld in some 1" NC nuts ( 4, one per corner ) , then get some 1" threaded rod, and then crank these down on the floor when you want it solid. I made some stands this way, welded a nut on top and just use an impact wrench to spin them up and down, works pretty good.

I seen another guy do it with 4 trailer / implement jacks too, just mounted / welded the round spacer to each corner, then spun them down, these were side winder jacks, not the top turn kind. This also allowed him to raise and lower his height too. You can do this either way, either have the wheels on the jack, or on the legs, whichever you prefer. Steel wheel casters work the best, the larger diameter and as wide as possible, makes them roll the heavy stuff fairly easy.
