I always thought it would be nice to have a heavy duty bench that was adjustable up and down hydraulically so it's always at the right height no matter what you are working on. On day I will get around to making what I have envisioned.
It's funny that you mention this because I've been envisioning doing it for a while too. The reason I decided not to was from the little bit of online research I did, it would be over $1000. Maybe I'll have to think more about it. It must not be too crazy an idea if someone else had the same one. I also thought of using two sets of semi trailer landing gear as the legs for the height adjustment. |
