Wisconsin | I think it could be done for cheap. I've seen these pallet sissor lifts that retract flush with the floor sell for next to nothing at a cheese factory auction. Figured that would be nice to be able to roll something heavy on it, then lift it to the height you wanted. Maybe I'm getting a little overboard here, but a guy can dream right?
